1. These Terms and Conditions of Entry apply to the Wasagaopenforbusiness.com - Where Memories Are Made Promotion. Each person who enters the Where Memories Are Made Promotion agrees to accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

2. No purchase is required to enter the Where Memories Are Made Promotion.

3. Enter the Where Memories Are Made Promotion by answering the qualifying question and then submitting a 25 word or less about a memory your want to share from the past, or one you would like to create, in Wasaga Beach, together with one (1) video posted on YouTube. Entry form can be completed online at www.wasagaopenforbusiness.com.

4. Wasagaopenforbusiness.com retains the sole right to determine eligibility for the Where Memories Are Made Promotion. Not all entries are automatically eligible to enter the contest.

5. There is no limit on the number of entries that can be submitted. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Wasagaopenforbuisness.com reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

6. Entry is open to Canadian residents over 18 years of age, except employees and immediate families involved with the Wasagaopenforbusiness.com - Where Memories Are Made Promotion and any associated companies, agencies and promoters of the Where Memories Are Made Promotion.

7. The Wasagaopenforbusiness.com - Where Memories Are Made Promotion commences on 28/04/2008 at 9am and closes on 01/08/2008 at 5.00pm EST. All entries must be received prior to this time.

8. The winner will be announced on 02/08/2008 at 5.00pm EST on the Waagaopenforbusiness.com web site. One main prize winner will be selected by a panel of judges.

9. The prize winner will be notified by telephone on 02/08/2008.

10. In the event that a prize(s) is/are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification.

11. Wasagaopenforbusiness.com reserves the right to request winners’ proof of age and identity, prior to awarding any prize.

12. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

13. Travel costs to and from Wasaga Beach are not included in the prize. The winner will have sole responsibility for travel costs.

14. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be entered into.

15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

16. The winner will accept the prizes at their own risk. Wasagaopenforbusiness.com and any associated companies, agencies and promoters of the Where Memories Are Made Promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury or death suffered or sustained during the course of partaking in the major prize or in connection with any of the secondary prizes. Any change in value of any prize occurring between the publishing date and date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of Wasaga Beach and any associated companies, agencies and promoters of the Where Memories Are Made Promotion.

17. Wasagaopenforbusiness.com - Where Memories Are Made Promotion collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that Wasagaopenforbusiness.com - Where Memories Are Made Promotion may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages.

18. Entrants consent to the Where Memories Are Made Promotion using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (incl. photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome).
